Your commission is calculated on the actual discounted product subtotal of qualifying bulk orders.

Commission is calculated on:

🕯️ Qualifying candle products
🏷️ After the applicable customer bulk discount has been applied

Commission does NOT include:

🚚 Shipping
💳 Taxes

Your commission percentage is applied to the qualifying discounted product subtotal.

🔑 Your Sales Rep Code

Every approved Sales Rep receives a unique Sales Rep Code.

Your code allows Mello ScentSations Inc. to:

✔️ Track qualifying customer orders back to you
✔️ Calculate your commission
✔️ Credit sales toward your quarterly sales volume
✔️ Track your progress toward higher commission levels

Important: Your Sales Rep Code does not provide the customer with an additional discount.

The customer's discount is determined by the quantity of candles purchased.

🛒 How the Customer's Order Works

The customer places their qualifying bulk order through the Mello ScentSations Inc. website.

Here's what happens:

1️⃣ Customer places their bulk order
The customer orders through the website at the regular listed price and selects Pay by Invoice.

2️⃣ Customer enters your Sales Rep Code
This connects the qualifying order to you.

3️⃣ Mello calculates the discount
We determine the customer's applicable bulk discount based on the order quantity.

4️⃣ Shipping is added
Applicable shipping charges are calculated.

5️⃣ Final invoice is prepared
The customer receives their final invoice for review and approval before payment.

6️⃣ Mello fulfills the order
Mello ScentSations Inc. handles the customer's order, packing, and fulfillment.

7️⃣ Your qualifying sale is recorded
Once the order is completed, paid, and meets the program requirements, it can count toward your commission and qualifying sales volume.

📅 Quarterly Commission Levels

Your Sales Rep level is reviewed quarterly.

Your qualifying sales during one quarter determine your commission level for the following quarter.

This means every quarter is a new opportunity to grow.

📈 Increase your sales → move up a level → earn a higher commission.

Your commission level can also decrease in a subsequent quarter if your qualifying sales volume decreases.

⏰ Minimum Activity Rule

If you have no qualifying sales for two consecutive quarters, Mello ScentSations Inc. may move your Sales Rep account to inactive status.

Don't worry—you may be able to reactivate your participation if you decide to return to the program.

💵 When & How You Get Paid

We keep commission payments simple.

📆 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th.

Your payment is based on qualifying sales from the previous calendar month.

🏦 Payment Method

Commissions are paid by:

Electronic bank transfer

Payments are sent to the bank account provided by the Sales Representative in their country.

💵 Payment Currency

All commissions are calculated and paid in Canadian dollars (CAD).

✅ What Counts Toward Your Commission?

A sale must meet the program requirements to qualify.

Only completed, paid, non-refunded qualifying bulk orders count toward:

💰 Commission payments
📊 Quarterly qualifying sales
🏆 Annual qualifying sales

Cancelled, unpaid, refunded, or otherwise non-qualifying orders do not count toward qualifying sales or commissions.
