It helps Mello:

Only give customers information you know is correct.

Treat customers with respect.

Mello reviews Sales Rep activity.

If you have no qualifying sales for two quarters in a row, your account may become inactive.

If a Sales Rep does not follow the rules, Mello may:

⚠️ Ask the Rep to correct the problem

Serious problems may require immediate action.
