1. Select your quantities & enter your Sales Rep Code
Add the quantities you need to your order at the regular listed price. If a Mello Sales Representative assisted you with your order, please enter their unique Sales Rep Code in the designated field.
2. Proceed to checkout
At checkout, select Pay by Invoice as your payment method.
3. We prepare your final invoice
Once your order is received, we will calculate your applicable Bulk & Wholesale discount and add the appropriate shipping and custom charges.
4. Review your invoice & estimated timeline
Your final invoice will include your discounted candle pricing, shipping and custom charges, total amount due, estimated processing time, and estimated arrival timeframe. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the quantity and details of your order.
5. Approve & pay
Your invoice and estimated timeline will be provided for your review and approval before payment is made. Once you approve the invoice and payment is received, we will begin processing your order.
