This section will cover your responsibilities, program expectations, customer interactions, ordering procedures, and other important information to help you succeed.
💰 Commissions & Payments
- Earn 10%–18% commission based on your quarterly qualifying sales.
- Four Sales Rep levels
- Commissions are paid monthly
- All commissions are paid in $ CAD.
- Annual performance bonuses
📦 Customer Bulk Discounts
- 🕯️ Sold in cases of 12 candles.
- 💜 Customers receive 5%–15% off
- 📈 Larger orders unlock greater discounts.
- 🔑 The Sales Rep Code tracks the order to you but does not provide an additional customer discount.
