Once we receive your request, we will contact you with a complete estimate including your order total, shipping costs, and any additional charges for special requests or add-ons.

Pre-order preparation time:
Special pre-orders can take 1 week to 1 month to prepare, depending on the size of your order, selected styles, add-ons, and special requests.

No payment is required at this step. Once your estimate is confirmed and approved, we will provide payment instructions and begin preparing your order.
